Mortgage Loan Application Flow

  1. Customer submits application and relevant documents
  2. Bank arranges to make valuation for the property and proceeds to application approval
  3. Bank arranges preparation of related mortgage loan agreement and notarization (if applicable)
  4. Customer signs the mortgage loan agreement
  5. Complete mortgage registration and other disbursement prerequisite
  6. Bank disburses loan to seller’s account
