The eStatement service is now available in DBS China and you can log into personal iBanking to review monthly combined/account eStatement.

For easy process, with effective from July 1, 2014, we will no longer delivery any monthly paper statement to the target customers. If you still need to keep paper statement service, please call our hotline at 400 820 8988 or visit any branch for the application by Jun 15, 2014.

Service Information

  • It's an electronic version of your paper statement. All DBS individual customers who applied for personal iBanking could log into iBanking to review monthly combined/account eStatement.
  • Statements are in PDF format, which requires Adobe Reader software to view. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed in your computer, simply go to www.adobe.com to download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • No more lost or misplaced statements. View your statement details online in just a few clicks!
  • No more filling or dusty papers.
  • Save your account from prying eyes. You are the only who can access your Electronic Statements at DBS Personal iBanking!
  • Check your eStatement through DBS iBanking anytime. No longer need to wait for the monthly statement to check whether the transactions are correct.
  • Reduce paper usage, save storage space and contribute to environmental protection.

Step 1: Visit https://internet-banking.dbs.com.cn to log into personal iBanking

Step 2: in "Transaction Mode", select "Accounts" -> "Statement"

Step 3: select "Accounts" -> "Statement" -> "View eStatement"

Step 4: select the Statement Type and month to review eStatement

Q1:Which kind of customers could enjoy the service of monthly eStatement?
A:All DBS individual customers who applied for personal iBanking could log into iBanking to review monthly combined/account eStatement.
Q2:Can I receive my paper statement once I have monthly eStatement?
A:
  • For customers who applied for DBS personal iBanking service after Apr 3, 2014, if there is no special requirements, paper statement will not be delivered once iBanking applied.
  • For DBS individual customers by Apr 3, 2014(including), with effective from July 2014, if there is no special requirements, paper statement will not be delivered to customers as following:
    • DBS Personal iBanking customers by Apr 3(including), 2014.
Q3:How do I review eStatement?
A:Log into DBS personal iBanking "Transaction Mode", select "Account" -> "Monthly eStatement" -> "View Monthly eStatement"
Q4:When the eStatement be generated?
A:eStatement Cycle Day for the Customer is around the 5th day of every month.
Q5:Can I review my previous month’s eStatement?
A:You can view eStatement at DBS personal iBaning that are up to 12 months old. However, DBS eStatement was generated since Mar 2014.
