DBS PriorityPay is a value added service enabling our customers to effect faster and cheaper telegraphic transfers within the DBS Regional network. It also provides an alert to the payor once his beneficiary's account has been credited.

Key features include:

  • Faster             : Beneficiaries credited within 10 minutes for eligible currencies and corridors*.
  • Cost effective  : $0 Cable/Telex charges.
  • Transparency  : Receive an email/sms alert once the beneficiary is credited.

How does a customer initiate a DBS PriorityPayment ?
Telegraphic transfers initiated by customers will automatically be transformed into PriorityPay if the beneficiary account is within the DBS network i.e. with one of the overseas DBS Branch mentioned below.
Which are the participating DBS branches for PriorityPay?

All telegraphic transfers between the following branches will be considered as a PriorityPay.

Which are the supported currencies?
The following payment currencies will be supported under DBS PriorityPay.

How do we access DBS PriorityPay on IDEAL?

Telegraphic transfers initiated via IDEAL will automatically be transformed into PriorityPay if the beneficiary account is within the DBS network i.e. with one of the overseas DBS Branch mentioned below.

During a Telegraphic transfer initiation on IDEAL, an indicator (along with a link pointing to this page) will be displayed whenever a customer keys in a beneficiary who has an account with one of the overseas DBS branches mentioned below.

Are there any additional charges for this service?
No. There are no additional charges for this service.
What do customers need to do to enjoy the benefits of DBS PriorityPay?

There is no special setup required for effecting payments.

To receive the credit confirmation, customers will need to do a one time sign up for the eAlert.

How do customers sign up for the credit confirmation alert?
