	What legal documents do I need to sign to apply for a DBS Escrow Account?
	In addition to the general documents required to open a settlement account, your company (or institution) must also sign an escrow agreement with DBS to carry out special management and use of funds for specific purposes in the designated account. Please contact our relationship managers or sales to understand more about this service.

	How long does it take to open an Escrow Account?
	Subject to the Bank’s agreement review and checks on all entities related to the escrow, if you already have a Business Account with DBS China, the Escrow Account usually takes one day to be opened.

	What if my transaction requires payment in a currency for which DBS does not offer a business account?
	We offer Escrow Accounts in 11 major currencies, namely AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, CNY, SGD and USD. We can also arrange for a foreign exchange trade to pay in your desired currency outside of this list.

	How are interest rates calculated for Escrow funding?
